Thanks for booking in your repair today. By booking in your repair you have agreed and are bound by the following terms and conditions and as such are held liable to these herein.
I grant permission to Advanced Mobile Repairs to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device.
I release Advanced Mobile Repairs from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time.
Advanced Mobile Repairs is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.
All repairs carry a 90-day return-to-base (RTB) warranty.
"No Fix No Fee" only applies to a repair that cannot be completed (e.g. not economical or damaged beyond repair).
A non-refundable service charge applies to any repair that can be repaired but the customer declines the repair or the repair is not required. This charge is at the discretion of management.
Any repair that has been taken away while waiting on parts is subject to a deposit, normally half the cost of the repair.
Devices that have not been collected will be stored for 1 month, after which a storage fee of £10 per week will be added to the ticket.
After 2 months from the invoice due date, the device will be recycled unless prior arrangements have been made.
